Some years ago I wrote a short children’s book, Robome. It's about a spoiled kid who cannot get along with other kids because he always has to have things his way. His clever parents buy him a robot playmate programmed to be “just like him.”

This somewhat twisted tale offers lessons in compromise, friendship, and hypocrisy in a light and kid-friendly way.
